THURSTAG: Summer Vibes tag

Hi everyone!

It’s ThursTAG time again – I am holding on to the Summer Vibes by doing the Summer Vibes tag that I definitely didn’t steal from my friend Charlotte’s blog *shifty eyes*.

I’m gonna be honest, I am STRUGGLING with this one… apparently I don’t read a lot of books set in tropical climates? The first one that jumps out to me is The Explorer by Katherine Rundell!

Hmmm… this is another tricky one! If someone could help me out, I’d appreciate that haha.

OH GOSH WE LOVE A JUICY SECRET. I think every book has a secret in it – I reckon you can’t get any more secret than The Society for Soulless Girls by Laura Steven though… secret societies are pretty secret.

Her Dark Wings by Melinda Salisbury is set partly by a lake. It’s a story that all of y’all need to read thanks.

I don’t think I have a “guilty pleasure” per se. Like… I enjoy what I enjoy.

Always Clementine by Carlie Soroziak is a gorgeous friendship between a mouse and a human, and it’s the most gorgeous thing in the world. It gave me the happiest heart in the world.

A space adventure you’re looking for? Space Blasters – Suzie Saves the Universe by Katie and Kevin Tsang is the one for you! I absolutely adored it!

Hmmm… unlike Charlotte, I don’t DNF often. I can USUALLY find something redeeming in all of the books I read.

The Ravel Riddle by Vashti Hardy. This is just a gorgeous little story about friendship and working together and being kind – lovely summery messages.

Uncle Bertie in The Spell Tailors by James Nicol DID MY HEAD IN… but in that good way that those types of characters are meant to!

Thank you so much for stopping by once again to ThursTAG. If you’d like to have a go at this, please do!

If you have any recommendations for tags you’d like to see me do/tags you’ve done, I’d love to see them! See you all soon!
