April in books!

Today is the first of May. HOW HOW HOW DID THAT HAPPEN? Man alive… I do not know where this year has gone (I do, it’s gone into the past with all of the EXCEPTIONAL books I’ve read. How exciting!)

I am here to tell you all about my April books… April was a BIG bookish month for me!

In April, I:

Won an award (WHAT WHAT WHAT HOW)
Chaired an event with my utter queen Melinda Salisbury and one of my fvaes Alice Broadway
Spent almost a week with one of my favourite humans in the world
Went to YAShot
Did some stuff at the school library
Read 16 books
Felt many feels
Finished my Goodreads challenge (!)
Posted my 500th blog post (!!)
Handed in my final SCITT and university essays

So yes, that was April. A LOT happened. A lot more than I listed happened too… oh April. SO much good came from you.

So what did I read in April?

What about my book challenges?

Goodreads challenge: 52/52

I have completed my Goodreads total already. I didn’t expect that! I’m not going to change it though. I have a post coming up all about my reading challenge and the reasons behind that, so keep an eye out for that!

How are you getting doing with your book challenges?
What was your favourite read in April?
Can you recommend me any books to read in May?

Let’s talk!
