ThursTAG: Ben ‘n’ Jerry’s Tag

Good morning!

I hope you are all well!

I am back with another tag… Today, I’m taking on:

Ben and Jerry’s tag

I hope you enjoy!

****

vanilla-caramel-fudge

VANILLA CARAMEL FUDGE: Pick a light, fluffy contemporary

Not my area of speciality to be honest! I don’t read many light fluffy books; dark, magical fantasy books are much more my jam. However, the closest thing I can think of is Bethany Rutter’s books. I love her books and they bring me a lot of joy.

mint-chocolate-cookie

MINT CHOCOLATE COOKIE: A new release that you wish everybody would read.

God. I wanna shout about Jamie by LD Lapinski forever and a day. It’s such a gorgeous story about being yourself, gender identity and the power that standing up has. Please please, go support this book. We need more people reading kids books with queer rep in.

cherry-garcia

CHERRY GARCIA: An ending that was bittersweet.

The ending to all the books I love ever. That’s it. That’s my answer.

strawberry-shortcake-greek

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE: A book containing your OTP of OTPs.

The Sorrow books by Melinda Salisbury. If you know, you know.

milk-and-cookies

MILK & COOKIES: Two authors who, if they collaborated, would go perfectly together.

I’d love to see Karl James Mountford’s illustration style with a book by Melinda Salisbury. I think that would make my heart so happy. A gorgeously illustrated version of Mel’s world would just *happy sigh*

OR

I’d love to see Laura Ellen Anderson and LD Lapinski combine their magical powers. Now THAT would be excellent.

boston-cream-pie

BOSTON CREAM PIE: A book that had you turning your pages late into the night.

God, so so many. I regularly stay up too late reading.

chocolate-therapy

CHOCOLATE THERAPY: A book that makes you feel better after a long day of life.

Picture books. If it’s been a rough day, there’s always a part of me that reaches out for a picture book.

coffee-coffee-buzz

COFFEE, COFFEE, BUZZBUZZBUZZ! A book not yet released that you can’t wait to get your hands on.

I used this answer last week, but it’s still true today… Sara Barnard’s newest book. I want it so bad.

Thank you so much for stopping by once again to ThursTAG. If you’d like to have a go at this, please do!

If you have any recommendations for tags you’d like to see me do/tags you’ve done, I’d love to see them! See you all soon!
