#SixforSunday 2022: January – March prompts

Well well well,

Here we go again. It’s 2022. It’s time for us to embrace 2022 #SixforSunday prompts. Like I did last year, I’ll release the prompts quarterly! I can’t quite believe that other people are joining in with this and that people have been ASKING where the prompts are. This was something I started for myself back in 2017 and it’s just kind of stuck (even when I don’t post, I love seeing your guys’ posts!). I’m so very glad that other people love it too! I’m very grateful for each and every one of you who does find the time to join in, even if it’s just every once and a while. I love doing #SixforSunday with all of my heart. It’s a very fun little thing I do once a week (I mean some times it’s not fun because it’s hard) and I LOVE reading your responses!

FOR ANYONE WHO IS NEW AROUND HERE:

#SixforSunday is… it’s really just that. You choose 6 books (normally) that you’d choose to fit whatever the prompt is that week. If we get to a week and you’re not feeling that prompt, there’s a whole host of other prompts you can do from 2019, but equally you can choose your own prompt! Share using #SixforSunday on twitter or instagram or wherever really (make sure you tag me in if you want me to see your post)! You are an official #SixforSunday‘er. You can join in every week, or just join in when you fancy it!

Without further ado… here are the prompts for January, February and March. I’ll post the next lot in the middle of February so you always have plenty of thinking time! I would’ve usually have had these up before now, but my brain’s not been in a blogging kinda mood for a few weeks! I blame 2020 and December and what not!

January – fresh starts
2nd: Books you want to read this year
9th: Books you can’t wait for
16th: bookish resolutions
23rd: favourite opening chapters
30th: favourite character arcs

February – small but mighty
6th: favourite short stories
13th: favourite books under 200 pages
20th: favourite picture books
27th: stories you’d love a short story of

March – springing into life!
6th: books with green covers
13th: characters with floral names
20th: books to get people out of reading slumps
27th: books with nature themes

Et voila! Your prompts for the first quarter of 2022!

If you have any questions or any ideas for prompts for further in the year, let me know! I’d love your input!

Thank you again for making #SixforSunday one of the things I’m proud of from this little blog. You’re all amazing!
