Morning everyone!
I hope you are all doing well. Just a quick one from me today (with a free resource to download!)
Next week is Children’s Mental Health Week and the theme this year is ‘Express Yourself’. There are some brilliant resources over on the website (you can check it out here: https://www.childrensmentalhealthweek.org.uk/).
I loved the theme and decided to come up with some screen-free activities that the children in my class could have a go at doing to support CMHW and their own wellbeing! We all know that we are currently in a time of pretty high stress for everyone, so hopefully these will help! If they help or inspire just one person, I’ll be delighted!
The document (as pictured below) comes in black and white and in orange/green (the colours I saw a lot of on the CMHW website!). It’s nothing revolutionary, but as I say, if it helps one teacher or one child, I will be pleased!

As always, I’d love to know if this is any use to you! Feel free to download, share with parents, put on your websites or your online learning platforms! But please don’t put this on any websites for sale claiming them as your own – I don’t do this for profit, so please don’t. If you want to, a little credit (either of my blog, my twitter @eenalol or my instagram @thisgeordieteaches) goes a long long way! Please spread the love and share this as far and as wide as you wish! Us teachers need to stick together in hard times like these!

This is lush. I think I’ll print it off for S so he can choose something from it to do when he’s having a rough day. Thank you for sharing your things and your time like this 💜
