Hello #SixforSunday people!
How are you all keeping up? What have you been reading lately? Any new series that I need to be getting my read on with?
It’s time for another #SixforSunday post in this here month of May celebrating all things series! This week, we are thinking about endings with:
Heart-wrenching endings to series
HERE. ONE THING I HATE IS WHEN A SERIES IS OVER BECAUSE THAT MEANS THAT THOSE CHARACTERS ARE FINISHED BEING IN MY LIFE FOR THE FIRST TIME. (I only chose series that have already ended because obv)
I’m not going to say too much about all of these books, but I will say that each and every one of these books has made me WEEP. Whether it’s for happy reasons or sad reasons (Maz Evans, I’m looking at you), I’ve cried my way through these books. They’ve done a lot of mind-blowing and a lot of shocking. They’ve rounded off some wonderful series for me that I dedicated a lot of time to. (You will need some kind of unlimited beverage for The Toll: it is a BEAST). But yes, these are all ASTONISHINGLY GREAT.
Shout out here to Bex Hogan for the ending of Venom. WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO US, HOGAN?
Don’t forget to share with me which books have been your heart-wrenching books because I need more books to get emotionally involved in (LOL). Share your lists with me using the hashtag #SixforSunday and I will check them out!
DON’T FORGET AT 6PM, I’LL BE HOSTING A TWITTER CHAT ON THE #SIXFORSUNDAY HASHTAG TALKING ABOUT BOOKS!
See you next week for ‘Book series I want to read’! Some of my choices for next week shocked me…
