Well well well… look who is back!

Hello everyone! I’ve been gone a while. A lot has changed in my life since I was blogging all the time… but I missed blogging. So here I am, I’m back.

This is just a quick hello again, I’m still alive kind of post to get us kicked off again!

Things will be changing around here, but some things will be staying the same.

What’s changing?

Well… not that much to be fair!

I’m going to be talking films around here too. Watching movies is a BIG part of my life now (that’s what happens when you marry a cinephile), so it’s only natural that reviewing films or doing film round ups would become part of my life.

My lovely wife will be popping along every now and again with a post or two! Who knows how consistently this will be or what it will be about, but if you see her, be kind! She’s brilliant. (More on my life changes to come in a post I’m sure!)

What’s staying the same?

Pretty much everything else!

I still read a LOT of books, so I’ll still be reviewing them. I’m probably going to go down the route of round ups for reviews unless I’m invited on a blog tour or have MANY words to say about a book!

I’m still teaching, so there’ll still be plenty of teaching content!

And with that I’m off to write a few posts – one about the Year of Reading (you know I have thoughts) and a round up of my reading from 2025.

I’m glad to be back!
