Good morning everyone!
I hope you are all well! I’m here today on Thurstag with a tag all about Spring flowers… cause it’s Spring and we’re embracing that Spring life!
***
Daffodil: A book about unrequited love
Hmmm… that’s hard cause I think there’s LOADS of this about, ha. Maybe all of them?!
Foxglove: A book you pretended to like
Now, I’ve never pretended to like a book… I might’ve exaggerated how much I enjoyed something, but I’ve never flat out lied!
Lilac: A book about a first love
I think this is going to be one of those posts where I’m just going to comment on the tags rather than give you answers, so sorry about that, ha. I do love a book about first loves though. The first one that pops into my head is Heartstopper though!
Hyacinth: A book with a sad ending
The first book which pops into my head is A Monster Calls… cause man that broke my very heart!
Peony: A book that made you feel embarrassed
Ooooh. Now there’s a question! I do not know!
Tulip: A book with the most beautiful declaration of love
Here, anything that’s about friendship or about loving yourself!
Crocus: A book that made you laugh out loud
LOADS. But, if you pinned me down and asked me to think of one… I’d have to go with The Exact Opposite of Okay by Laura Steven. Izzy O’Neill is one of the most amazing things in the world.
Pansy: A book that challenged you to think about an important or heavy subject
To be honest, there’s loads of books that make me think about stuff… whether it’s something small, or something massive!
Daisy: A book about a strong female friendship
All and any of Sara Barnard’s books. Go read them now.
