#SixforSunday 2021

Well well well,

Here we go again. It’s 2021. Thank the lord 2020 is over… it was the year we never expected, but it has gone now! It’s time for us to embrace 2021 #SixforSunday prompts. Like I did lastyear, I’ll release the prompts quarterly! As I said last year, I can’t quite believe that other people are joining in with this and that people have been ASKING where the prompts are. This was something I started for myself back in 2017 (3 years ago?!) and it’s just kind of stuck. I’m so very glad that other people love it too! I’m very grateful for each and every one of you who does find the time to join in, even if it’s just every once and a while. I love doing #SixforSunday with all of my heart. It’s a very fun little thing I do once a week (I mean some times it’s not fun because it’s hard) and I LOVE reading your responses!

For anyone who is new around here:

#SixforSunday is… it’s really just that. You choose 6 books (normally) that you’d choose to fit whatever the prompt is that week. If we get to a week and you’re not feeling that prompt, there’s a whole host of other prompts you can do from 2019, but equally you can choose your own prompt! Share using #SixforSunday on twitter or instagram or wherever really (make sure you tag me in if you want me to see your post)! You are an official #SixforSunday‘er. You can join in every week, or just join in when you fancy it!

Without further ado… here are the prompts for January, February and March. I’ll post the next lot in the middle of February so you always have plenty of thinking time! I would’ve usually have had these up before now, but my brain’s not been in a blogging kinda mood for a few weeks! I blame 2020 and December and what not!

January – It’s all about booooooooooks

3rd – Bookish resolutions for 2021
10th – Bookish wins of 2020
17th – Books you wish you’d read in 2020
24th – Books you’re excited for in 2021
31st – Bookish hates

February – Read it and weep!

7th – Books with red covers
14th – Favourite books/characters/authors
21st – Books that made you FEEL
28th – Books that made you cry (or almost cry if you’re not me!)

March – Around the world in 80 books

7th – Books set in the country you live
14th – Books set elsewhere in the world
21st – Characters you think deserve a holiday
28th – Blue and green books

Et voila! Your prompts for the first quarter of 2021!

If you have any questions or any ideas for prompts for further in the year, let me know! I’d love your input!

Thank you again for making #SixforSunday one of the things I’m proud of from this little blog. You’re all amazing!
