HELLO THERE.
Welcome to #SixforSunday does 2018. I wonder if I’ll have any friends this year! Thank you to everyone who joined in last year, keep joining in #SixforSunday. It makes my little heart very happy!
Anyway… 2018 brings new promps. Today we are thinking about:
2017 books I didn’t read
Books which were published last year that I didn’t get round to reading? HA SO MANY. But let’s go with 6 of the most talked about ones…
- The Hate U Give – Angie Thomas
I know. I know. HOW DID I NOT READ THAT? I just didn’t. It never shouted at me and the mood never took me. - Turtles All The Way Down – John Green
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m a big John Green fan but I didn’t round to even OWNING this book never mind reading it. I’m hoping to in 2018 though. I’ve heard good things. - The Upside of Unrequited – Becky Albertalli
I almost owned this at one point last year. I don’t own it though. I will read it. I’ve heard great things. - Warcross – Marie Lu
Now this is one I actually own. I will read it. I promise. I love the cover. - When Dimple Met Rishi – Sandhya Menon
Again, I do own this but the mood never struck me. - They Both Die At The End – Adam Silvera
I’ve heard a lot about this book and I do actually own this, so I might have to give it a try.
My TBR is massive OK? Don’t be too shocked I haven’t read these. There’s other books I haven’t read too. I’m a mood reader.
Remember to share your six books from 2017 that you didn’t get round to reading using the hastag #SixforSunday on twitter! Link me to your posts too. I would love to see them!
